Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing units, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing exceptional leadership to our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Nursing Unit Management: Oversee the management of nursing care delivery, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Quality Patient Care: Ensure high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Staff Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, making sound decisions, and establishing priorities

Requirements:

• Education: Current RN license in NY
