Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming electronic faxes, ensuring timely distribution and appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hospice lists, including patient information and status updates.
- Assist with the admission and discharge processes for patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/ GED required.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and guidelines (e.g., HIPAA).
Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM || Monday to Friday; one Saturday a month.
