Premier Talent Partners is seeking an Office Coordinator to work with our client in New York, NY. This company is in the cloud infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate for this role is able to work at a fast pace while still being able to focus on quality and execution!

Responsibilities:
- Greet employees and guests daily
- Respond to daily requests and incidents (via ServiceNow ticketing system)
- Be a friendly face for onsite employees to approach with general questions
- Customer service focused
- Assist with building access and badge requests
- Partner with WeWork to report issues and coordinate requests
- Onsite events
- Vendor sites visits and services
- Floor walks and quality control
- Breakroom support includes brewing coffee, and a light snack and beverage stocking
- Office supply and conference room ordering and stocking
- Employee special requests
Qualifications:
- One year experience in an office, administrative, or similar position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide support to Site Lead and other senior team members
- Respond to NYC Workplace & Facilities ServiceNow tickets
- Assist REWS team in responding to general inquiries, requests, etc.
- Experience in an employee-facing role in an office environment
- Experience in facilities and associated vendor management
- Ability to problem solve and make smart judgment calls on issues in the moment
- Ability to assist with light setups (setting up folding tables, moving chairs, etc.)
Pay Rate:
- $24.66/HR*
