We specialize in placing individuals in roles ranging from entry-level to VP level across various fields, including Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Administrative, HR, Operations, and Technology. Our expertise spans contract/temporary, temporary-to-permanent, permanent, and payrolling services, and we are dedicated to promoting equitable hiring practices on a national scale.
- Design benefit programs (insurance, wellness, etc.)
- Evaluate and negotiate with service providers (e.g. private insurance company)
- Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility
- Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures
- Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker’s compensation etc.)
- Keep updated employee records with all relevant information (marital status, years of service, hours worked etc.)
- Inform employees of their benefit options and plans and monitor use
- Collaborate with accounting department for payments and deductions
- Proven experience as benefits administrator
- Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and/or HRMS system (e.g. Oracle)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable with adherence to confidentiality dictations
- Attention to detail
- Hybrid role, 3 days onsite (T/W/Th) and 2 days WFH (M/F) in Alpharetta, GA
- 3 years of experience in benefits administration (5 years preferred), ideally with Workday HRIS knowledge and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Responsible for managing benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, leave, and compliance, while serving as the primary liaison for vendors, brokers, and insurance carriers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required; SHRM, GBA, or CEBS certifications are a plus.
- $78,000 - $80,000 / year
