The Village at Summerville has an opportunity for a Director of Maintenance.
This role plays a vital part in the community by planning and directing the day to day maintenance operations ensuring the proper repair and/or upkeep of all buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles; as well as supervising the maintenance technicians and security guards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a related supervisory role, Associate Degree or Vocational Training in plant management, valid South Carolina driver’s license, and intermediate computer skills. Preferred experience in senior living and SC DHEC plant operations regulations.
