The Village At Summerville, a senior living community, is seeking a full time Floor Technician to assist in maintaining our campus.

The Floor Tech. duties will include, but not limited to, follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the community. Perform proper techniques of floor care. Maintain all floor equipment. Remove and transport all trash from the cottages, apartments and hallways to trash dumpster. Clean main dining room after meal times. Change and hang clean curtains, drapes and cubicle curtains, move furniture and equipment for cleaning and replace lights bulbs as needed. Assist in set up of meeting rooms.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements for this opportunity are:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of related housekeeping experience
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license
