Accounts Receivable Clerk

Pride Health is hiring an Accounts Receivable to support our client’s medical facility based in Pennsylvania.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Location: Danville, PA 17821

Duration: 3 months possible extension

Pay Range- $23/hr. - $27/hr.

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties

• Performs cash management process, including preparing deposits for cash receipts received at Diversified Services' home office and making deposits at the bank.
• Reconciles Diversified Services' deposits from off sites to the bank's daily and monthly activity reports.
• Analysing and initiating month-end cash receipts and disbursements.
• Collects and reports on historical activities for short-term and long-term cash flow projection involving cash receipts and disbursements data from accounts payable operations, payroll, and patient activities.
• Electronically transfer monthly sales and use tax and quarterly corporate income and capital stock taxes.
• Performs accounts payable process, including Coordinating Diversified Services' accounts payable activities with centralized A and P and vendors.
• Investigating discrepancies between vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.

Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
