Job Description
We are seeking Full-time Maintenance Mechanics for our manufacturing facility to maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing.
The successful candidate will perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment, including:
- Repairing and improving equipment from minor rebuilds to major overhauls
- Identifying processing waste reduction opportunities and assisting in reduction projects
- Participating in preventative maintenance programs to reduce costs of operations
The role also involves communicating, coaching, and training employees to continuously improve team's ability to respond to equipment failures and loss of production. Additionally, the candidate will maintain accurate records of all testing and repairs and recommend equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs.
