Job Description:
We are seeking Full-time Maintenance Mechanics for our manufacturing/bottling facility in Hollis Center, ME. The successful candidate will maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling and packaging operations to support future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment
- Identify processing waste reduction opportunities and assist in reduction projects
- Participate in preventative maintenance program to reduce costs of operations through PM optimization
- Troubleshoot/ investigate and repair all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems
- Communicate directly with equipment suppliers, contractors, and vendors as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all testing and repairs
- Rebuild worn-out, but reusable, pieces of equipment
- Eliminate problems from recurring utilizing the Breakdown Analysis process
The ideal candidate will have three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience with high and low pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred.
