Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time, daily care for a 3-year-old child
- Prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and snacks for all three children
- Oversee the organization and logistics of children's daily activities and routines
- Pack and manage school lunches
- Support extracurricular activities (e.g., school events, soccer, park outings, playdates)
- Supervise and assist with homework and school projects
- Manage occasional children's laundry and wardrobe organization
- Collaborate seamlessly with household team members (estate manager, personal assistant, etc.)
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling to meet the family's evolving needs
