Our Rehab Liaison will
- Promote the programs and services of PRN Home Health and Therapy
- Act as patient liaison in coordinating transition to home health services
- Understand the basic principles of public relations and/or marketing
- Act as company liaison in identifying and educating patients who would benefit from home health services
- Love working in a fast paced environment with a supportive team
- Be great communicator with customers, patients and team members

Qualifications:
- Licensed in Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment; Self-directing, able to work with little direct supervision
- Good judgement and discretion when dealing with sensitive topics
- Able to interact with many people and multiple interruptions while staying on task
- Maintains a valid drivers license and auto insurance
