Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and adjust IEPs for students.
- Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure holistic student care.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss progress and strategies.
- Use assessment tools to track and enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or equivalent.
- State teaching license in Special Education.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with diverse student populations a plus.
