We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments. This position will allow you to keep busy while utilizing customer service skills. Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of calls/emails.
- Data entry.
- Assist with customer service.
- Take resident work orders.
- Preparing communication to Residents.
- Reporting for maintenance services.
- Filing and scanning.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
