Temporary Credit Specialist – Hybrid | Westbrook, Maine
Location: Hybrid (Must reside in or near Westbrook, Maine)
On-Site Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week in-office
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20-23/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections and reconciliation of customer accounts
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances via phone, email, and letter
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy across systems and databases
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer support, etc.) to resolve billing and account discrepancies
- Maintain detailed account records and support audit and validation processes
- Assist with continuous process improvements
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Requirements
- Proficiency with computers and digital systems
- Strong customer service abilities

- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
