The Opportunity: The Client Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing workflow of requested marketing collateral, managing client events and supporting our account management team with marketing support. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, detail oriented and highly organized individual to contribute to the success of a well-established and mission driven company. You will provide insights and reports, manage timelines and processes, to ensure that marketing is supporting key business needs and act as a cross functional project manager for client marketing approval and event management/planning.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee traffic management in Asana
- Manage vendor relationships for event store restocking and benefit fair attendance logistics
- Track benefit fair details such as client attendance, attendees, items shipped, delivery, etc
- Create a plan to receive event attendance and experience feedback to optimize opportunities for upcoming weeks with other fairs
- Download Tableau reports for tracking pre and post event activity reporting for Reg/Order/Demand
- Setup unique QR codes and pull reporting twice monthly for code usage by client
- Manage custom flyer requests with templates that are uploaded for print
- Manage deadlines to receive information from the account management team for active projects
- Manage new client launch Asana requests and communications approval
- Other administrative duties as required
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant B2B/B2C marketing experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1-2 years of experience using a workflow management tool (i.e. Asana or similar, and Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be a creative thinker that’s constantly coming up with actionable and impactful ideas
- Being extremely detail oriented and have excellent follow up skills on open tasks/needs
- Outstanding problem-solving skills that prioritize issues and resolve scenarios in a timely and productive manner.
