What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advising Assistant position at Purdue University?
This posting represents two, part-time positions (20 hours/week per position) for graduate students who will provide high-level administrative support within the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). This position supports the associate head of undergraduate programs, associate and assistant directors, and academic advisors, as well as serve as receptionist to assist the student population of around 2,000. This position will also serve as a data steward for compiling and maintaining various school metrics for internal and external reporting needs regarding the Undergraduate Advising Office. This position is intended to be shared by up to 2 graduate students at Purdue University. This position is intended for a graduate students, so a bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
