Medical Assistant
| Job Summary: | Assists in both registration and rooming of patients. |
| Job Duties/Responsibilities: | |
| • | Assists with in office procedures |
| • | Collects vitals, weight, and patient information and completes any intial testing in preparation for provider |
| • | Completes medication reconciliation |
| • | Orders any testing or labs requested by provider |
| • | |
| • | Efficiently conducts check-in, check-out, and rescheduling procedures as needed |
| • | Prepares meds for injections |
| • | Calls patients with results |
| • | |
| • | Maintains stock |
| • | Scans/indexes medical records |
| • | Performs other duties as assigned |
Qualifications
| Education Experience: |
HS Graduate or Equivalent |
| Years of Related Experience: | < 1 Year |
| License/Certificate Required: | Yes |
| Driver's License Required: | Yes |
