Office Clerk – Biotech Industry
QUICK FACTS
- Location: San Diego, CA 92130
- Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (In office on Wednesdays, work from home rest of the week!)
- Duration: Temp – approximately 3 - 6 months
- Pay: $18/hr
- High School Diploma required
- 1 years of office experience
- Experience with data entry, document scanning, sorting/distributing mail
- Computer skills - experience using Microsoft Office
- Sort and distribute incoming mail weekly, scans documents into the queue for further processing
- Manage all incoming faxes and emails
- Maintain detailed records, enter information into CRM system
