Pay: $20/hour
Shift premium: $1/hour for 2nd shift

What You’ll Do:
- Learn to setup, operate and maintain precision machinery
- Produce high-quality springs and wire forms for various industries
- Troubleshoot and ensure efficient machine performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Basic Tooling Knowledge
- Previous experience in machine operation (preferred)
- HS Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A desire to learn and advance in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Required to stand, walk, and use hands regularly.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Monday - Thursday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
40 hours/week
OT available at times but not mandatory
