The Lead Community Support Professional will provide support services to both the In-Home Services and Respite programs to residential clients throughout the community. As the Lead, you will…
- Ensure the effectiveness of In-Home Services and Respite staff.
- Assist in the development and execution of client services.
- Follow clients’ individual support plans and grow daily living skills.
- Provide personal assistance and opportunities for leisure and recreational supports.
This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, shifts vary.
Work locations will be throughout Floyd and Clark Counties.

$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position if scheduled for at least 20 hours a week.
