About The Role

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operational projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. This role collaborates across multiple departments to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements, technology solutions, and strategic initiatives. The Operations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and adherence to budget and timeline constraints.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and oversee daily inventory allocation reports, including bag distribution and representative sample tracking, to support accurate fulfillment and stock management.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking efforts by identifying low inventory items and coordinating with appropriate teams.
  • Review, print, and process customer orders from the Shop Cheer website daily, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the shipping team to verify order accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain smooth outbound logistics.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets and operational reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all data entries reflect current order and inventory statuses.
  • Generate shipping labels using designated software and confirm package details prior to shipment to reduce shipping errors.
  • Finalize and close out completed orders in the internal system, ensuring records are properly maintained and order history is up to date.

Who You Are

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and web platforms.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable using data entry and logistics software.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse project coordination.

Working Conditions:

This position is based primarily in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures, and other typical conditions of a distribution setting. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items (up to 50 lbs.) as needed to support on-site operations. Frequent computer use is required for reporting and inventory management tasks.
