About The Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations, with a primary focus on bag pressing and customization work. This hands-on role also involves preparing and fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory, and helping maintain a clean, efficient workspace. The ideal candidate is comfortable with active, task-oriented work and excels in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where adaptability and clear communication are key.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Bag Pressing Equipment – Handle the preparation and pressing of bags with precision to meet quality and branding standards.
• Perform Apparel Customization – Apply custom designs to garments using specialized tools and techniques, ensuring accurate placement and high-quality finishes.
• Pick and Prepare Customer Orders – Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment.
• Verify Order Accuracy – Double-check packed orders to confirm all items match the customer's request and meet company quality standards before shipping.
• Organize and Store Inventory – Return items to designated storage locations efficiently to maintain proper stock organization and accessibility.
• Receive and Inspect Incoming Shipments – Unload, count, and inspect incoming merchandise, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain Stockroom Organization – Keep inventory areas neat, labeled, and well-organized to promote a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support Warehouse Cleanliness – Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment by following daily cleaning routines and safety practices.
• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail – Ensure precision in all tasks, especially during customization, packing, and inventory handling.
• Communicate Effectively with Team Members – Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure efficient operations, share updates, and resolve issues proactively.
  
  

Who You Are

• Basic Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using label printers, pressing equipment, and order management systems.
• Manual Dexterity – Capable of handling customization tools and apparel with precision.
• Multitasking – Juggles various responsibilities (e.g., pressing, packing, stocking) without losing focus or quality.
• Physical Stamina – Able to perform active tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving items throughout the shift.
• Organizational Skills – Keeps materials, stock, and workspace organized for maximum efficiency.
• Attention to Detail – Ensures precision in pressing, order accuracy, and inventory handling.

Working Conditions: This position is based primarily in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures, and other typical conditions of a distribution setting. Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items (up to 50 lbs.) as needed to support on-site operations.
