We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our Sales team on a part-time basis (~ 20 to 30 hours per week).
As our online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.
Applicants will be doing the following:
- Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships through the sales, customer service, and servicing process
- Handle phone, chat, and email conversations
- Maintain organization of incoming sales leads, service matters, and order management in a fast-paced environment
- Manage our retail inventory and order fulfillment process
- Exceed the customer’s expectations with superior customer service
The perfect candidate will be someone who has:
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
