We are seeking a Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join our multi-specialty community-based healthcare provider in the beautiful Oakhurst, California area.
Job Summary
This is an immediate need for a physician who is comfortable with all ages and willing to perform standard urgent care procedures. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with minimal call-phone triage only. The census/patient volume is approximately 18-24 patients per day, with outpatient only duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Perform most standard urgent care procedures, including suturing and toenail removal
- Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers
Requirements
- Board Certification or true Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Comfortable working with all ages (no newborn patients seen)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EMR-GE Centricity preferred
