What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional Full-Time position at Red River Human Services Foundation?
We are currently seeking a team member to fill our Evening and Every Other Weekend Full-Time Direct Support Professional position:
Applicant's Must:
- Be able to drive (19 years old, valid driver's license, have insured vehicle, driven 2 years)
- Motivated to teach
- Be dependable and reliable
- Assist people with disabilities to be independent in their activities of daily living
- Attend staff meetings
- Be able to effectively communicate with team members
- Have a positive attitude and self-directed
Applicants should be
- Comfortable assisting with personal cares (toileting, bathing)
- Possible behaviors (therapeutic intervention training provided) AND
- Should enjoy participating in community activities as well as in home leisure time activities
Hours: Must be able to work evenings, overnights and every other weekend.
