Position Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Human Resources department. This role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Manager serves as a key advisor to leadership, developing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal policies. This role operates independently and does not supervise other HR staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manages the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure a diverse and qualified workforce.
- Advises leadership and managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Administers compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance.
- Coordinates staff development, training initiatives, and succession planning efforts.
- Ensures ongoing compliance with employment laws and updates internal policies accordingly.
- Investigates employee relations concerns and ensures fair and appropriate outcomes.
- Maintains accurate HR records and prepares regular reports to support organizational planning.
- Upholds the highest standard of confidentiality regarding all personnel matters and internal communications.
- Promotes a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Serves as the point of contact for employment-related inquiries and provides guidance on HR policy.
- Other duties as assigned in support of organizational success.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, including responsibility for key HR functions.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
