Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving? DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. You’ll also be empowered to strategically and willingly diffuse challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism—ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Resolve guest concerns with confidence and care, using sound judgment and service recovery techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and process payments using hotel systems.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards and deliver exceptional service at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel systems.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
