Position Purpose:
The Front Office Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office. This position supports the Director of Rooms and oversees the daily performance of Front Desk Supervisors, Front Desk Agents, and Night Audit staff. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who fosters a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence in guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Front Desk Supervisors, Front Desk Agents, and Night Auditors to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Assist in managing daily front office operations including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and labor efficiency.
- Train, coach, and develop front office team members to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Director of Rooms to implement policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure accurate handling of guest accounts, billing, and cash operations.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak times to support staff and engage with guests.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of front office supplies.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards and Renascent Hospitality values in all interactions.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced hotel environment with frequent guest interaction.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
Work Availability:
- Required to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Required to cover desk staffing needs as needed.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of front office supervisory experience in a hotel environment; Hilton experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems (OnQ preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
