The Renfrew Center of Coconut Creek, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist/ Unit Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting patients, families, visitors, vendors.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Receive and sort incoming mail. Prepare UPS delivery labels for departments upon request.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality to protect our client’s rights. This includes professional interaction with clients, families and staff.
- Typing of letters, memo, reports and/or documents; prepare marketing material packets etc.
- Administrative support for nursing department.
- Demonstrates a proficient understanding and compliance with HIPAA.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be tactful, respectful and sincere with the public.
- Strong computer skills with MS Office products including tables in Word, Excel Spreadsheet and all areas of Outlook.
- Medical facility or Unit Clerk experience required.
- Electronic Medical Records Experience required
- Advanced customer service/support skills required.
- Ability to multi task and works well in a team environment.
Hours:
- 40 hours a week, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM- Monday-Friday.
- Unit Clerk On-call hours as assigned for sick and vacation coverage.
- May include some weekend coverage as needed.
