Position Responsibilities:
- Filing and answering telephones
- Welcoming and screening visitors
- Providing Information and assistance to others
- Assist DON and Nurse Manager with clerical tasks
- Assist with the onboarding process for new staff to include completing reference checks and completing new hire paperwork
- Assist with staffing schedule, as needed
- General clerical and administrative functions as assigned
Education Competencies and Credentials:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Hours: Part-time: 16 Hours and Full-time 40 hours per week, weekends and holidays.
