Description
We're looking for a Guest Service Agent who has a passion for providing excellent service and promoting a team environment. You will need excellent interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to work well with other people, and you will be making reservations for our hotel guests as well as helping customers with general requests about our services. We're looking for candidates who are committed to helping us deliver the best stay possible for our guests, and we offer competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Combination of Second Shift, 3pm -11pm. and First Shift, 7am - 3pm. Weekends required.
