As the Transformation Office (TO) Lead - Supply Chain & Operations, you will support the strategy and execution of high-impact supply chain and operations initiatives across Revelyst’s business platforms. This role partners closely with Platform CEOs, COOs, and supply chain and operations leaders to accelerate efficiency, optimize costs, enhance resilience, and deliver the Value Creation Plan (VCP). You will also support cross-platform operational special projects, develop new supply chain capabilities, and foster a high-performance, operations-focused team within the Transformation Office.


This position reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and is based out of our Irvine office.


As the Transformation Office Lead - Supply Chain & Operations, you’ll have an opportunity to:


Supply Chain & Operations Strategy Oversight and Execution Management

  • Support the design and execution of supply chain and operations strategies to drive efficiency, service level improvement, cost reduction, and agility across platforms.
  • Oversee supply chain and operations performance tracking of a high-profile portfolio of initiatives, ensuring clear KPIs, operational metrics, and ROI are established and met.
  • Ensure coordinated, consistent execution of operational initiatives across complex, multi-initiative workstreams, including linkage to commercial and financial objectives.
  • Lead transformation governance activities, including monthly MORs, SteerCos, and other oversight forums to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Drive transformation enablement through stakeholder alignment, communication strategy, and training to support successful change adoption


Initiative Planning & Operational Impact

  • Own the end-to-end management of supply chain and operations initiatives, including network optimization, manufacturing excellence, logistics improvement, and inventory management.
  • Partner with platform and functional leaders (Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Finance) to build and monitor detailed operational and financial plans.


Cross-Platform Operations Projects

  • Support special initiatives that build operational capabilities currently absent or underdeveloped in the organization (e.g., S&OP, AI, digital enablement such as ERP/WMS migrations, vendor portals).
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement projects that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.


Support Function Transformation

  • Contribute to the transformation of support functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality) to enable efficient delivery of the VCP.


Talent Development & Operations Culture Building

  • Define and lead the talent agenda for building operational and supply chain acumen, continuous improvement, and problem-solving mindset within the Transformation Office.
  • Foster a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top supply chain and operations talent, positioning the TO as a key incubator for future operational leaders.


You have:

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, operations, manufacturing, management consulting and/or global supply chain transformations, with a strong focus on operational excellence and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional supply chain or operations initiatives with measurable impact (e.g., cost reduction, service level improvement, working capital optimization, risk mitigation).
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy, manufacturing operations, logistics, S&OP, or related functions.
  • Advanced financial and operational acumen with experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking value realization for supply chain and operations initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior operations and executive leaders and drive alignment across diverse functions.
  • Experience in managing or contributing to large-scale operational transformation or organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-potential supply chain and operations talent.
  • MBA, MS in Supply Chain/Operations, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge or passion for the outdoor recreation or consumer goods industry is a plus.
