What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll New Hire Coordinator position at Reynolds and Reynolds?

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering all new hire information into the payroll system, ensuring any new hire documentation is accurate and complete, and creating new user ids. You will also be responsible for auditing new hires, tracking documentation and answering phones and emails. You will be cross trained within the department to act as a backup for your coworkers.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be self-motivated, analytical and have strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of payroll and/or other HR functions and processes
