Accounts Payable Clerk

For over 75 years Rice Lake Weighing Systems has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing industry and our community. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounts Payable team.

The Accounts Payable Clerk performs a number of different Accounts Payable activities including data entry functions, compiling purchase orders for entry, communicating with internal constituents and with outside vendors. Other accounting related tasks and special projects would be assigned by the Controller. This candidate will perform all functions accurately and efficiently to ensure proper payment of accounts. This candidate must be well organized very detail oriented.

This is a Regular Full-Time position with core hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Education And Experience

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
• One (1) or more years accounting experience
• One (1) or more years working with confidential information
  
  

Skills

• Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, including Microsoft Suite
• Good organizational skills
• Experience with an ERP system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
