Job Location: Stuttgart, AR Parboil Plant
Starting Hourly Pay $16.00
Regular work schedule is 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am 4-on/4-off including weekends. Starting hourly rate $16.00 per hour.
Hours worked from 5pm to 6am will receive a 15% shift premium. All hours worked on Saturday and Sunday will receive a 15% shift premium.

Job Description
Operate and set rough rice cleaning equipment, conveyors, and scales. Measure product levels in storage bins, open and close gates under and above bins, inspect product for quality factors, perform some equipment maintenance and keep work area clean.
Work at heights of over 30 feet and in tight spaces, frequently climb ladders and stairs, shovel grain and lift up to 50# for extended periods of time, add and subtract 3-digit numbers, figure percentages, understand written instructions and print legibly. Must be able to ride a manlift
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
