Salary Range: $ 60,000
These positions are eligible for a $2500 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for qualified applicants upon hire. This will be night shift work 7pm-7am.

Job Description Regular work schedule is 12-hour shifts (7-7) 4-on/4-off including weekends. Supervise crew(s) to perform assigned tasks in accordance with departmental goals for quality, safety, production, and sanitation including
Job Duties Verifying compliance with product specifications, safety rules, company policies, HACCP guidelines; overseeing the performance of operator maintenance, inventory control and all required documentation to minimize waste and downtime; supervision of employees regarding attendance, compliance with work rules, evaluation of employee performance and recommending/administering disciplinary actions, when needed.
Education Requirements Associates degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school and/or additional college courses and two years of related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 7-11 months of supervisory experience preferred.
