Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
- Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders
- Assist other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business
- Review General Ledger account reconciliations, journal entries, and reports prepared by the team to support the consolidated financial statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, processes, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
