Responsibilities:
- Act as a key cross-functional partner to the business, serving ongoing needs and supporting decision-making on strategic initiatives
- Support the monthly close process including preparation of variance reports and analysis with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Drive comprehensive, financial planning and forecasting such as revenue, headcount, and expense forecasting and reporting
- Lead financial analysis on new business initiatives to understand and prioritize opportunities
- Assist in modeling Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements
- Drive value-add, innovation, and continuous improvement to the FP&A organization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of finance experience
- Experience in financial analysis, key performance indicators, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Highly motivated and eager to drive results through a combination of detailed analytical work and high-level strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to operate and drive results as a self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
