Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drivers of financial performance.
- Assist with preparing the form and content of periodic SEC reports, including Form 10-Qs and Form 10-Ks
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial statements for internal reporting purposes
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to research, resolve and communicate findings on accounting and financial reporting related questions regarding business transactions and other non-routine matters
- Assist in the documentation related to technical accounting research and accounting policies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX controls, and all company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of accounting or finance experience
- Public accounting experience or CPA preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of SOX control requirements
- Detailed oriented and complete work with a high level of accuracy
