VP, Investment Banking

We are looking for a VP of Investment Banking to join our client's team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other strategic financial advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with strategic insights and financial solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch books for client presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities and work with senior management to grow the firm's investment banking practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and accounting, to ensure successful transaction execution.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Stay current with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A, capital markets, or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing deal teams.
• A robust network of industry contacts and a track record of successful deal origination and execution.
