The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management and possess exceptional organizational skills.Responsibilities:• Handle the receipt and accurate accounting of funds received by the organization.• Manage payroll processes, including compiling employee time data, calculating wages, deductions, and issuing paychecks.• Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to proper accounting procedures.• Assist in the creation and implementation of financial management policies and system controls to enhance efficiency.• Organize and prepare materials for external audits and financial reporting requirements.• Maintain confidential payroll files and oversee the batching and entry of timesheets.• Perform bank reconciliations and manage journal entries for accurate financial documentation.• Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to financial records.• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and ADP Payroll for daily operations.• Provide support and act as a deputy in financial matters as required.
