• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems for data input, analysis, and reporting.
• Navigate banking websites efficiently for information retrieval and transaction processing.
• Maintain an organized system for efficient handling of accounts receivable.
• Perform auditing tasks to validate the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for efficient management of business resources and operations.
