- Accurately manage data entry tasks related to financial transactions
- Use QuickBooks to organize and manage financial data
- Maintain precise records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle billing and invoice processing tasks efficiently
- Manage collections and take necessary action on customer accounts
- Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Resolve customer inquiries related to financial transactions
- Ensure accurate filing of financial documents and records
- Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Expertise in Billing processes
- Skilled in Data Entry tasks
- Competency in Invoice Processing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Oracle software
