We are offering an exciting role accounting clerk role based in Neenah, Wisconsin. The position requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the role of an Accounting Clerk. The main focus of the role will be accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Responsibilities:• Responsible for payroll input and maintaining payroll records for hourly employees• Accurately process bi-weekly payroll and review calculations for accuracy• Perform data entry in accounts payable system for payment processing• Prepare and analyze information for month-end journal entries• Generate Balance Sheet and Profit/Loss reports • Review financial reports and coordinate with restaurant managers and supervisors to answer queries• Reconcile bank balances monthly and account for any outstanding items• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
