Your responsibilities each day: • Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of invoices.• Handle vendor payments with precision and timeliness.• Use Skyline accounting software for various tasks.• Conduct reconciliation of vendor statements, including balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.• Communicate effectively with vendors and maintain precise records.• Handle large batches of invoices and meet strict deadlines.• Process online payments for utilities in a timely manner.• Prepare and process monthly financial statements and distributions to owners.• Carry out monthly filing of all invoices and financial statements.• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and Skyline.If you have the appropriate background for the Accounts Payable role and are interested in being considered, please apply using the Robert Half website.
