What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk position at Robert Half?
Our North Central NJ client is looking for assistance in an Accounts Payable Clerk role on a temporary-to-permanent hire basis that will be responsible for the following:
Software: Oracle, Sage, Excel (formulas and pivot tables are a plus), Microsoft Word

- High volume invoice processing/filing (500-600/month)
- Data entry of purchase orders and invoices
- Purchase order creation
- Vendor and client follow up calls
- Invoice/credit card matching to purchase orders, amount and payment terms then sent for approval
- Someone who can work autonomously but also within departments
