As part of our team, you will be working as an Accounts Payable Clerk, handling a significant volume of invoices monthly and utilizing your skills in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and manage a large volume of invoices on a monthly basis• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring all account payables are up-to-date• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding credit applications and account status• Monitor customer credit accounts, taking necessary action to collect overdue payments• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary accounts payable records and documentation• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information• Continuously evaluate the accounts payable process and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy• Support other accounting projects, as necessary.
