Based in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, United States, this role involves managing customer accounts and handling inquiries, all within the scope of maintaining our high-quality healthcare services.Responsibilities:• Oversee the aging accounts and ensure detail-oriented completion of collections activity in adherence to our policies and procedures.• Establish and maintain relationships with all Independent Contractors.• Handle customer inquiries related to payment issues and invoice inquiries.• Conduct systematic reviews of all accounts over 30 days and liaise with clients regarding outstanding accounts.• Ensure timely invoicing in line with company practices and client contract agreements.• Manage purchase orders while adhering to the company's confidentiality and security protocols.• Work closely with the Accounting Department, providing necessary support and coordination.
