The role involves supervising and performing hands-on accounts payable tasks, overseeing the team, and ensuring full cycle AP processes are carried out efficiently.Responsibilities:• Supervise the accounts payable team and ensure efficient work delivery• Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data processing• Ensure accurate account coding in all transactions• Conduct regular auditing to maintain the integrity of financial data• Oversee and manage the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH)• • Execute accounting functions in accordance with the accrual accounting method• Use Concur for travel and expense management• Resolve any accounts payable related issues promptly and efficiently
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
