Title: Shared Services Manager (AR Manager)
Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite following training)
Compensation: $75K-$90K bonus (~10%) full benefits

Position Overview:
The Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing functional work streams focused on initiatives across the entire organization. This role supports the objectives of the Shared Services Office with an emphasis on high-impact strategic projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills to ensure activities and resources are appropriately aligned, as well as provide thought partnership and analytical support to other Shared Services leaders. Prior management, and Oracle experience is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more processes related to Reporting, Systems, Dispute Management, Collections, and/or Cash Applications within Shared Services.
- Develop, define, document, and maintain standards and best practices for Shared Services, including key KPI measurements for the organization.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects (data sources, reporting) and other programs undertaken by Shared Services.
- Train teams in leadership, team development, and other areas as identified.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Accounting, and other internal customers to provide best-in-class service to customers, vendors, and other corporate partners.
- Work with Shared Services team leaders to develop performance metrics and reporting processes, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support the implementation of new software tools and related process improvements, such as workflow systems, Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Provide critical insight and analysis in support of Shared Services initiatives, including the development of hypotheses, proposed work plans, analytics, socialization and implementation planning, and desired output.
- Present analyses and insights to senior leadership, socializing recommendations, and driving implementation and value creation.
- Understand key performance measures and indicators that drive reporting and analytics across multiple data sources such as Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, etc.
- Mentor, coach, and develop employees for personnel growth and succession planning.
- Perform employee performance reviews.
